NEW YORK – Today after three years fighting a meritless lawsuit against former ACORN employee Juan Carlos Vera, a nuisance settlement has been filed. James O’Keefe issued the following statement in regards to the settlement:

(Mamaroneck, NY) - In January, Project Veritas revealed hypocrisy by members of the media who crusaded against legally armed citizens, but refused to advertise their own homes as “Gun-Free Zones.” Now Project Veritas has dug even deeper to uncover the truth about the ability of law enforcement officers to protect the general public from attacks by violent criminals.

After the high impact Voter Fraud investigation released throughout 2012, Project Veritas, set its sights on top gun control advocates to see how they felt when placed in the same position as our nation's children – within a Gun Free Zone.
